Wienmandu’s Recipe : Mango Lassi


Mango is deemed to be the king of the fruits in Indian subcontinent. Today, we’ll learn to make an exotic mango drink. A normal lassi is a beaten yogurt and a big portion of added water. That is what is consumed generally in India. But maintaining it’s popularity and taste, it has been started to add sugar and water is kept out of the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

800 gm  Canned Mango Pulp
  14        Mid-sized Spoon Crystal Sugar
    7        Canned Yogurt total 1750 gms
    2 cl    White Rum

PREPARATION

Step 1. Put the whole content of the cooled Mango Pulp can, cooled yogurt and sugar together.

Step 2.  With the help of mixer, shake the mixture for one minute.

Step 3.  Check whether the sugar is corresponding to your taste.

Step 4. If you like, you may add 2 cl of white rum to it.

Step 5. Sever in a large glass with a straw. You may use 3-4 ice cubes to make it chilled.
