Vijendra Kumar, 23, the young Indian boxer in this Olympic Games has succeeded to win another medal. He defeated Carlos Gongora of Ecuador in Fly weight (51Kg) Event and secured at least a bronze medal but got defeated by Emilio Correa Bayeaux of Cuba. One more interesting thing about Vijendra is – he was selected as a Sub Inspector in Hariyana Police just before 20 days of departure to Beijing. After the success in the Olympic Games 2008, he is instantly promoted to DySP. That means, possibly he is the fastest promoted officer in any Indian State.
This is the first time that India won more than a single medal in a single session.
Updated Indian Scoreboard

stop writing blogs man because your only intention seems to be getting maximum hits to your site rather than providing any insight. The way in which you have mentioned K D Jadhav completely shows your lack of any knowledge. I really feel like punishing you but whom am I to punish you in this democratic country where everyone has the freedom of expression
